Unbox, assemble and ride your new Eleglide Citycrosser e-bike with our step-by-step instructions.

Unbox the e-bike: Carefully cut the tape on the box and remove the cardboard pieces. Take out all the components, including the bike frame, wheels, battery, charger, pedals, handlebars, and user manual.
Install the front wheel: Locate the quick-release skewer and slide it through the hub of the front wheel. Insert the skewer into the fork dropouts and tighten it firmly. Make sure the wheel is centred and spins freely.
Install the pedals: Locate the right and left pedals and thread them into the corresponding crank arms. Use a wrench to tighten them securely.
Install the handlebars: Slide the handlebars into the stem and tighten the bolt securely. Adjust the angle and height of the handlebars to your preference.
Attach the battery: Locate the battery mount on the downtube of the bike frame. Align the battery with the mount and slide it in until it clicks into place. Secure the battery with the provided lock.
Charge the battery: Plug the charger into a wall outlet and connect the charging port to the battery. The LED light on the charger will turn red to indicate that it’s charging. It may take up to 4-6 hours to fully charge the battery.
Turn on the bike: Locate the power button on the bike’s control panel. Press and hold it for a few seconds until the LED display turns on. You should see the battery level and other settings on display.
Test the brakes: Squeeze the brake levers to ensure the front and rear brakes work properly. Adjust the brake pads if necessary.
Adjust the seat: Adjust the seat height according to your preference. Loosen the seat post clamp and slide the seat up or down. Tighten the clamp securely.
Ride the bike: Once everything is assembled and tested, you can ride your new Eleglide Citycrosser e-bike! Press the pedal assist button on the control panel to start the motor and enjoy the ride.
