Fixing Front Wheel Noise: How to Change Bearing of ZERO 8, Z9 and Z10

Do you experience clicking noises on your front wheel? It could be two reasons: 1. The air valve rubbing against the front fender 2. A worn out or misaligned front wheel bearing.

We focus on the 2nd reason as that is a more common reason. Most of the time, we will simply change out the whole bearing as we wouldn’t know if it is a defective bearing issue or a fitting issue. Here is how to safely change out the bearings on your front wheel of your ZERO 8, 9 and 10.

Tools Required:
1. Mallet
2. Allen key with a flat head
3. Screwdriver for rotor removal
4. 6000ZZ SHIELDED BEARING 10X26X8MM
