In this interview, above-knee amputee Poli tells how her Swifty kick-scooter helped her in a way that nobody had expected, and let her stay mobile.
Poli was diagnosed with septic arthritis and CRPS-II in her teens, and for 20 years had to use a wheelchair. Finally, at age 38, she received an amputation. She now uses a prosthesis, and gets around on her Swifty.
