As reported in “Divers pull e-scooters, bikes from Willamette River” on
June 27, spokespeople for the e-scooter companies expressed their concerns:
“vandalizing the scooters shouldn’t be accepted” and “if people see a
scooter being vandalized, they should report it.”
Report it to whom? We must assume that if e-scooter riders are seen weaving
through pedestrians on sidewalks …
