Everyone who lives in big cities — whether it’s Hong Kong or Bangkok, New
York or London — loves to complain about bad traffic. And while the
congestion at those cities can be very bad, they don’t hold a candle to
traffic in China. After all, remember that 50-lane highway clog-up in 2015
in Beijing? Or the 62-mile-backup that lasted 10 days over the
Beijing-Tibet expressway?
The only silver lining one can take from China’s notorious and frequent
traffic congestion is that the country has the most hardware start-ups in
the world, and they’re constantly looking to build new tech that commuting
more convenient…
