Today we visit our Assembly Factory for the first time on our 2018 China trip. Our goal to start with is to make sure there are Quality Checks in order so that when parts get delivered, we make sure they pass a checklist and don’t get assembled onto a skateboard unless we are confident the parts received are in working order. This can mean doing either statistical or 100% testing on all parts coming in. For example our wheels will now be checked for wobbles, our motors tested and our e-trays all work together properly.
