Cleveland and the four companies that won the chance to bring dockless
electric scooters and bikes to the city’s streets will host several
educational events this month to show people how to ride safely. The first
event is scheduled for Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Col. Charles
