We have been told to make an official motor change and tire swap video. Here it is.

To change a motor yourself, you need to check the motor parts first. If the internal suspension slider is already assembled on the new motor. Then, you don’t need to get the screw adhesives. We have already added it at our factory. if not, then you should get one. And it’s a must.
Tips:
You don’t have to tear it apart like the full teardown video we made.
What you will need to take out：
1.The saddles on both sides
2.The pedals on both sides
3.The lift handles
4.The suspension tubes on both sides
5.PCB
6.The cover of the shell at the motor cable side
Please noted that no need to take out any batteries.
