So here are some Q&A you guys might want to know:
1. Is Caroma P1 scooter really a suitable size to ride?
It’s actually a very personal question. People have their own criteria for size. The positioning for Caroma P1 is a "small E-bike"(without pedals), perfect for people who want a mini, portable, more affordable "e-bike".
But If you are very tall, we really recommend you choose Caroma P1 scooters very cautiously, cuz it may be a little bit crampy for you. We really appreciate @AlbertKimTV showing this question in the video, we will send this feedback to our product design department to see how to improve more space to put feet. We also need our every fan’s suggestions.
2. What kind of places is this kind of scooters(Caroma P1/P2 scooters) suitable for?
P1/P2 scooters are both designed for mainly city usage. They are not off-road style(we will launch off-road scooters later, please stay tuned!), so P1/P2 will perform better when you ride them on cement roads, asphalt roads, etc. Of course, there is shock suspension equipped in P1/P2, so it definitely helps you feel rather stable when there are little bumps in the roads
3. why sometimes Caroma scooter can’t get the max speed or range?
The values we provide are theoretically verified and actual test results. but in reality, it still very depends on the detailed situation, the battery percentage, the weight of the rider, the road situation, driving resistance, etc. All factors that will affect your max speed or range.
4. How to deal with the disc brake sound question?
Don’t worry about this, very few scooters have this question. The brake is a little bit too near to the tire, but it’s very easy to adjust. Of course, the rubbing sound will disappear naturally as well after riding a few times
5. About the hardness of the seat
It’s a question that is hard to quantify, but we are very thankful for the feedback from @AlbertKimTV ,we will record this and collect more feedback from our customers to decide how to adjust it.
