Video Tutorial on How To Assemble Motor Mounts On An Electric Skateboard Truck

For this tutorial, we are using the following parts:

– 280mm TORQUE CNC Trucks
– V7 Reverse Motor Mounts (2 PCS for a Dual Motor Setup)
– V7 CNC Clamps (2PCS Clamp x 2 Sets for a Dual Motor Setup)

**STEP 1 – Pre-assemble the V7 Clamps loosely.**

The easiest way to install this is to first pre-assemble the V7 CNC Clamps. They are two pieces and should be assembled together. We want to fit everything loosely this way we can slip it over our 280mm TORQUE CNC Truck Hangers and align the motor mounts perfectly.

What’s Included – V7 CNC Clamps (PER SET, Dual Motor uses 2 Sets)

– 1x V7 CNC Clamp – TOP Bolt
– 1x V7 CNC Clamp – BOTTOM Locknut
– 2x M6x40mm Socket Cap Bolt
– 2x M6 Flat Washers
– 2x M6 Lock Nuts

**STEP 2 – Slip V7 Clamps over 280mm Truck Hanger + Attach V7 Reverse Motor Mount**

Once the V7 Clamp is slipped onto the 280mm Truck Hanger.

We want to loosely attach the V7 Reverse Motor Mount onto the 280mm Truck Hanger in the proper position.

What’s Included – V7 Reverse Motor Mount (PER SET, Dual Motor uses 2 Sets)

– 1x V7 Reverse Motor Mount
– 4x M5x30mm Button Cap Bolts
– 4x M5 Flat Washers
– 4x M5 Lock Nuts

**STEP 3 – Before You Tighten All Bolts and Perfect Belt Alignment**

Make sure that you have the 110mm TORQUE Wheel + 40T HTD5 15mm Drive Wheel Pulley already installed as this will help with aligning your motor mount and pulleys.

If you plan on using the V7 Support Bar and Bracket, you’ll also want to have this assembled to before tightening down all the bolts for the V7 CNC Clamps and V7 Reverse Motor Mounts.

Hope this tutorial helps you understand how to install, maintain and assemble your Longboard Trucks.
